Our coaching/training sessions empower members of your internal team to become experts in the Design Thinking approach, ensuring that they develop the necessary advanced techniques and skills to lead workshops and Design Thinking approaches within the organization.
Training engagements are highly dynamic based on several factors relating to the resources involved, their availability, desired timing, and the culture and management support of the requesting organization.
Typically, those who are going to be trainers must participate in a two-day workshop which then leads to working closely with Entrepreneurs Pod to receive further in-depth training in key Design Thinking concepts, tools and training methodologies. Depending on the project and time available, trainers may also co-lead a workshop with us to further develop their skills.
Once training is completed, trainers will be confident in not only providing their own Design Thinking workshops in your organization but in training others to lead them, too.
Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship is exploding. The entire field is shifting to a new paradigm of how to be an entrepreneur. At the heart of our training methodology is, facilitating capacity development to foster the reimagination of new ways to connect solutions to observations, and do it in a disciplined way that pushes the boundaries.
Great problems and solutions rarely emerge on the first try, so participants need to develop the mental habit of developing and testing multiple ideas.
This is especially important in the context of the 21st century as it’s clear a sustained level of systematic entrepreneurship in societal dimensions will determine the future of societal development. Entrepreneurs Pod assists participants to identify and explore potential opportunities that can be exploited in an entrepreneurial manner using tactics and tools of creative entrepreneurship that can be applied creatively, to identify, apply, and validate potential solutions.
The training is modular-based and structured in a manner to explore the context, content, and processes of entrepreneurship.
